“ This place is soooo delicious. I was in the mood for some extravagant sushi and all my needs were met. ”
“ This was a decent experience. We ordered a couple of sushi rolls and the beef bulgogi. Everything was well made. No complaints. The serving lady was friendly. Service was quick. We were in and out in about 1 hour, which was nice since we had been traveling for a bit. ”
“ We were seated right away and the wait staff was attentive. Nothing was exceptional, but it was pretty good. I liked my Bento box and my friend enjoyed her sushi. ”
“ Came to this place because we wanted sushi! The gyozas were amazing, the chicken kaarage was awesome. We had the smooth cheery blossom roll, the black dragon roll was yummy, and the golden gate roll was great ! We had mochi ice cream (matcha and strawberry) quite delightful! The staff is kind and attentive, will return soon ! ”
“ Small sushi spot near Jack London Square. A friend and I ate dinner here on a Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. Parking - mostly street parking or you can park in a nearby garage. We opted to park at the garage and walk. Since the restaurant wasn't too crowded, we were able to enjoy a pretty chill meal without any loud music or too much people. I went with the bento box with chicken teriyaki and tempura (~$17). The chicken teriyaki was good, maybe slightly more on the tangy side. The tempura was my fav - crisp in all the best ways. The whole meal was really satisfying. Typically, I'll end up taking leftovers to go but this was so good I didn't have leftovers! My friend felt the same way about her sashimi platter. Service was great as well. Our server was helpful and attentive without being around too much. Overall, a great place for sushi if you're in the area! ”
“ This was a really nice, cozy and clean. The food was good and very reasonable. We had the bento box and started off with edamame. It was a lot of food. I would definitely come back to try the other items. ”
“ Ginza is the restaurant you think of when you want "cheap" feeling Japanese food on a cold rainy day. It's comfort japanese food (and due to inflation, starting to charge more "higher end" price for its quality). Nonetheless, I will continue to come back because I think the quality and portion still deems this place a justifiable visit! I always order the Combination bento boxes here. Specifically, my combo is: 1. White Rice 2. Beef Teriyaki or Fish (Grilled Mackeral) - the beef is generous so i get that if i'm feeling extra hungry 3. Spicy Tuna Roll (but their tempura is also p good) I do think this place is a small business so support it if you're ever in oakland!! ”
“ Okay so this spot is a small little hole in the wall that we must of walked past over 100 times and never even noticed it! I got a craving for sushi and we yelped this spot and it looked delicious and it was as good as it looked. My husband and I ordered the deep fried California roll, lion king roll and the shrimp tempura and the Highway roll! Everything was super good only downside was the shrimp tempura was a little blan but besides that I give everything 5 stars on freshness, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the place! We will definitely be back soon! ”
“ Consistent, for the most part! They have a great selection of rolls, baked, fried, and sashimi. I live close to this place, so it's my go-to for when random sushi cravings kick in, and fast! Checkout previous pics I've posted to it comes out. Overall, a great variety of rolls, especially when you're trying to satisfy many in a group! Kanpai! ”
